I provide custom packages for all my clients, but most jobs are for 15-35 images. Usage is billed separately so we can cover exactly what you need!
How much coverage do I need?
The usage of a photo refers to how that photo is being used. Photos can be used for on your website, or in social media, or for marketing purposes such as online ads (including social media, or digital billboards) or printed ads (including flyers, mailers or billboards). Usage fees depend on how the images will be used! I will build out custom fees for exactly how you want to use each image! Other factors such as term of the usage will be worked out during contract negotiations!
What is a usage fee?
Because I work exclusively with brands, all the images I create are for a commercial venture being used in a commercial way. My photographer’s fee covers my photographic skill, + pre and post production. My usage fees cover using the photo in the commercial space.
Can we make a package without usage?
As soon as you know when a deadline for a project will be and you have all the information, reach out! I only take a certain amount of projects per month, and I do have a rush fee that will be added to any invoice that has a deadline less than 10 days out!
How far in advance should I book?
What does the onboarding process look like?
Once I get your shoot information, I’ll check the turnaround time and creative ideas and make a plan to fit you in my schedule. Next, I’ll get the contract written up and send it to you for review. Once that gets solidified, I’ll send out the first invoice before we dig into your brief! I’ll set up a 30 min call with you and your team to walk through everything and make sure we’re on the same page, image by image. And that’s it! Once we are ready to go, it’s all set until shoot day where we’ll be communicating the whole day and you can approve images as we go!
